Refund policy

Sleep Smart provides digital products (online courses). Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to course materials, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds for any purchases.

Course Exchanges (Incorrect Course Purchased)

If you have purchased the incorrect course, you may request a one-time exchange provided that:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and

  • You provide proof of purchase, and

  • The course has not been accessed, started, or progressed in any way.

Exchange Fees and Price Differences

  • If the new course is higher in price, you will be required to pay the gap amount (additional fees will apply where relevant).

  • If the new course is lower in price, the difference will be provided as store credit to use toward future purchases. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

No Exchanges or Refunds After Access

Once a course has been accessed, opened, started, or progressed, no exchange or refund will be available under any circumstances.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • purchasing the wrong course,

  • no longer needing the course,

  • not completing the course, or

  • dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
